Develop the skills towards self-mastery. Starting with self-awareness and self-regulation in the Recharge Program, we'll cover the following topics:

Week 1: Know your zones of being - what makes you feel good?

Week 2: Know your natural strengths - what are you grateful for?

Week 3: Know your reactive tendencies - what gets in the way of your growth? 

Week 4: Know your values - what actions are aligned with your vision?

In this course, you will learn new ways of thinking and acting. Change takes some effort but don't worry we're here to help you every step of the way.

  • Watch and listen

    Videos and guided audio

    Explainer videos share new stories and tools, as well as guided audio activities to put into practice every week. Each module will take on average about 30-40 minutes to watch, listen, read.

  • Reflect and act

    Workbook activities

    This course comes with a workbook designed for you to reflect on your experiences of the activities and your growth. The amount of reflection you do is up to you. Keep in mind, the more you commit yourself, to yourself, the more you'll gain!

Slayman is a motivational speaker, psychologist, ex Australian Infantry Officer, and leadership and resilience expert. He enables individuals and teams to grow, to feel happier, more productive, and more connected. After surviving a civil war, being expelled from 3 high schools, and recovering from severe depression and PTSD, he realised there are more effective ways to enable people to not only survive, but to thrive through complexity. For the past 20 years Slayman has been applying positive psychology, clinical psychology, organisational psychology, and performance psychology, and conducting research into growth, burnout, leadership, and peak performance. Slayman empowers people to rediscover their strengths and feel reconnected to their values and purpose!
