Week 3: Know your reactive tendencies - what gets in the way of your growth?
Week 4: Know your values - what actions are aligned with your vision?
Cultivate your best possible emotional state using the tools and practices in the Recharge course. You will learn the skills of self-awareness & self-regulation, improving your emotional intelligence & resilience. Remember, "state before strategy!"

In this course, you will learn new ways of thinking and acting. Change takes some effort but don't worry we're here to help you every step of the way.
Explainer videos share new stories and tools, as well as guided audio activities to put into practice every week. Each module will take on average about 30-40 minutes to watch, listen, read.
This course comes with a workbook designed for you to reflect on your experiences of the activities and your growth. The amount of reflection you do is up to you. Keep in mind, the more you commit yourself, to yourself, the more you'll gain!
